Gary Levine is the CEO and Founder of Corporate Focus, which he started in 1995 following the sale of the international software company Pilot Software, Inc. where he was its General Counsel. Before Pilot, Mr. Levine was a corporate and securities attorney at Hutchins & Wheeler in Boston, MA and specialized in private equity and venture capital work. Gary graduated from the Boston College Law School and the MIT Sloan School of Management with a concentration in Finance. He received his B.S. from Duke University. He has authored numerous articles, is a frequent speaker on equity reporting, capitalization management, and corporate governance, and contributes to the Corporate Focus Insight Blog.

Jeremy is the Chief Operating Officer at Corporate Focus. For the past decade, he has been responsible for overseeing product development and customer support. In his role, he has worked with hundreds of CFOs, auditors, accountants, and attorneys at privately-held companies and experienced first-hand the exciting changes that have taken place in equity reporting. Jeremy is a recognized expert on equity administration best practices, equity compensation accounting, and leveraging next generation stock plan reporting tools, and a frequent speaker at industry events, such as Aspirations, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), the Global Equity Organization, as well as law firms and bar associations. Doug McCartney joined Corporate Focus in 2001 and has managed the company’s sales growth since that time. Doug brings more than two decades of experience in software sales and marketing experience to Two Step. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing at Pilot Software, Inc. and Vice President of Business Development at Adaytum Software. Doug holds an MBA from Boston College and is a graduate of Colby College.

Sachin Shrestha joined Corporate Focus in 1999 and has been the chief technical architect behind the browser-based version of Corporate Focus. He continues to direct the product development team at Corporate Focus as well as manage the technical infrastructure at our SaaS hosting facility. Sachin received his B.A. in Computer Engineering from the University of Maine.
